The 16th Annual March of Dimes Philadelphia AIR Awards banquet took place November 5, 2009 at the Philadelphia Hilton City Avenue. Highlights included presentation of the 2009 Lifetime Achievement Award to Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff and the 2009 David L. Kurtz Broadcast Leadership Award to Marc Rayfield of CBS Radio Philadelphia.
