
The VP/GM of Philly's 92.5
WXTU began her career at a small station in
Little Rock in her home state of Arkansas. She
rose through the sales ranks at stations in Texas
and Oklahoma, and arrived in Philadelphia in 1991
as National Sales Manager and then Director of
Sales for rocker WEGX, Eagle 106. She soon moved
to Beasley Broadcast Group and in 2005 she
achieved her dream job, Vice President and
General Manager of 92.5 XTU, the largest Country
station in the northeast.
Natalie has been a strong supporter of the
station's many charity efforts including the
Child Abuse Prevention Effort and the USO. Under
her guidance, 92.5 XTU has raised over two
million dollars for St. Jude Childrens
Research Hospital. She also spearheads the
station campaign to solicit phone cards and gifts
for service men and women, the annual
Firefighters Auction to benefit Temple University
Hospital, a rodeo for the Nephritis Foundation
and a yearly chili cook-off raising funds for the
charities of Gloucester County.
She is a member of American Women in Radio and
Television (AWRT), Philadelphia Advertising Club
and the Radio Advertising Bureau and recently
joined the National Association of Broadcaster's
Radio Show steering committee. She is currently
General Chair of the Philadelphia Leadership
Council of the Caron Foundation, a nationally
recognized not-for-profit addiction treatment
facility based in Wertnersville, PA offering
residential and out-patient treatment for alcohol
and drug dependency.
Ms. Conner has been recognized by the American
Women in Radio and Television as Sales Manager of
the Year. In 2005 she was named one of
tenWomen of Distinctionby the
Philadelphia Business Journal.
